「梅雨のグリーティングカード」春は動植物や昆虫にとっては、待ちに待った温かい季節と梅雨の到来！家によく遊びに来ていたヒヨドリは、桜を最後に姿を消します。きっと、子育ての季節に入るからでしょう。家のそばに巣を作ったヒヨドリは、たしか梅雨頃にその子供達が巣立つ感じだったような……そして、親鳥は子供が大きく一人前になるまで見守るのが秋ごろまで……そばに遊びに来ては、元気にいつも鳴いているヒヨドリと再び会えるのは、ヒヨドリが子育てを全て終えると思われる11月ごろでしょうか？！夏には毎年ヒヨドリのヒナと親鳥の声を聞き分けながら過ごしております。「Greetings on the rainy season.」 Spring is the long-awaited warm season and the arrival of the rainy season for animals, plants and insects! The brown-eared bulbuls that often come to play at our house disappear after the cherry blossoms on late March in Chiba. I'm sure it's because it's the season for raising children. The brown-eared bulbuls that make their nests near our house seem to leave the nest around the rainy season... and the parents watch over their children until they grow up and become adults around autumn... I guess we'll be able to see the brown-eared bulbuls that come to play nearby and sing cheerfully again around November, when they are thought to have finished raising their children?! I spend the summer trying to distinguish between the voices of the brown-eared bulbul chicks and the parents every year. こちらの作品は、シルクスクリーン（版画）で１枚１枚刷り仕上げております。１色１版の２色刷りで作成しました。２色の色は、グレイとイエローオーカーです。梅雨のイメージをデザインしてみました。梅雨のイメージからタイトルは英語の「rainy season」です。 This work is printed one by one using silk screen printing (a kind of engraving). They were created using two-color printing with one color per screen. The two colors are gray and yellow ochre. I tried to design this postcard with the image of the rainy season. The title is "rainy season" in English, based on the image of Japanese rainy season. 商品(シルクスクリーンポストカード)は、郵送の際、折れ曲がらないように、厚手のポストカード用封筒に入れてお送りいたします。画材：「版画用ポストカード用紙」「水性シルクスクリーン絵の具」 ※額縁はつきません。 This work is packed by thick envelope so as not to bend handmade postcards. Engraving materials 「postcard sheet for silkscreen」「water paint for silkscreen」 ※This postcard doesn't come with a frame.
